To claim exchange we need 360* full unboxing video as proof !!

 

How to do 360* unboxing video :- 

1.Show the Label: Before opening, hold the camera close to the package to show the shipping label clearly (your name, address, and tracking number must be legible).

 

360° Inspection: Show all sides of the original, sealed packaging to prove it has not been tampered with or previously opened.

 

The “Uncut” Rule: Start the recording before you cut the parcel and do not stop or pause the video until you have fully inspected the product. Edited or joined clips will be rejected.

 

Highlight the Issue: If you find a damage or a missing item, point it out clearly to the camera while the video is still running.

 

No Photos Only: Please remember, separate videos & photos of the product will not be accepted as proof.

 

Not considered as damage (common in bulk manufacturing):

Thread pullings /small zari cuts/uneven prints 

Loose stitches 

Removable stains 

Color variation due to mobile settings or photography 

 

Any complaints : should be submitted within 2-3 days only with video proofs

 

Exchange shipping :we don’t have any pickup services for exchange products,you should return the parcel by India post only(not speed post) will pay ship charges from our end ..if you courier it in other service,we don’t pay

 

After receiving the damaged product, will check issues ,tags and will dispatch new one to the customer 

 

Note: If the product shows delivered ,customer should collect in near by couier office
