Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business, a clear, continuous, and unedited 360° unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
The video must start from the sealed package and continue without any pauses or cuts until the product is fully inspected.
Without this video, we cannot process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Delivery: Estimated delivery is 7–10 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service performance.
Return & Refund Policy
As all our outfits are custom-made based on your specific order, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
Returns/Refunds are NOT accepted for:
Color Variations: Slight color differences (5–10%) may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography.
Personal Preference: Dislike of the product after receipt.
Size Issues: Since products are stitched according to the measurements you provide, we cannot accept returns for fit issues. Please double-check your measurements before checkout.
Minor Imperfections: Small loose threads, minor marks, or light zari pulls are inherent to delicate fabrics and handwork and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
Exchange Policy
We only facilitate exchanges in the rare event that:
The product is received in a damaged condition.
The incorrect product was delivered.
How to Exchange:
Raise an exchange request via email within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide the mandatory 360° unboxing video for verification.
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped subject to stock availability.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all T&Cs before completing a purchase. Payment is considered a formal acceptance of these rules.
